IAPC LINKING AGREEMENT

By linking to IAPC Web site, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms.  You will:

1. Read and agree to abide by the IAPC Code of Ethics
2. Link your Web site to the "Home Page" of the International Association of Protocol Consultants® and Officers (IAPC)
3. Not infringe upon the copyrights of IAPC
4. Allow IAPC at anytime to view your complete Web site for the purpose of ensuring the comportment of your Web site and that you are following all the rules of this agreement
5. Not directly or indirectly, offer any person or entity any consideration or incentive (including, without limitation), payment of money, or any other benefit for the use of linking from their Web site to our Web site through you
6. Not in any way modify, redirect, suppress, or substitute the operation of any button, link, or other interactive feature of IAPC's Web site
7. Not take any action that could reasonably cause any customer confusion as to your relationship with IAPC
8. Be solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your Web site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, their copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights)
9. Be solely responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your Web site are not libelous or otherwise illegal
UNSUITABLE SITES.

Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to those that:

1. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender stereotypes, or age
2. Promote violence
3. Promote sexually explicit materials

If IAPC determines, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any of the foregoing activities, you will agree to immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to IAPC's Web site and all International Association of Protocol Consultants® and Officers trademarks, logos and all other materials provided by or on behalf of IAPC to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the "Linking Agreement."

MODIFICATION OF "LINKING AGREEMENT"

IAPC may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site.  If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.  Your continued participation in the "Linking Agreement" program once the notice to change the "Linking Agreement" has been posted and the deadline has passed to respond, will constitute binding acceptance of the change or modification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IAPC will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or data) arising in connection with the "Linking Agreement" program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IAPC makes no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and IAPC will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
